Those who are recommended to the program by Supervisors are due to the hard work and motivation you demonstrate on the field during the first year of employment. Electrician Read and understands drawings Full set of hand tools including meter Able to bend and run conduit correctly Able to troubleshoot problems in electrical circuitry, motors, phasing, balancing, etc. Knowledgeable with local electrical codes and standards. Setting up, pulling in, and terminating cable Roughing in walls, ceilings. installing and hooking up switchgear, devices, generators. light fixtures and other electrical equipment.
